Eight years ago I started Ritika's Global Grains in response to my experience as a working parent. Every day I tried to create meals that were healthy, quick to prepare and that tasted good too.
That's a goal that practically everyone has, and it isn't easy. And as the pace of life has quickened, convenience is not a luxury – it's a necessity.
At Ritika's Global Grains, we create tasty "heat and eat" dishes with all natural ingredients. For all of our food products, the only thing you need to do is pop them in the microwave oven.

Ritika's Global Grains is a U.S.-based, woman-owned company, founded in 2013. We produce USDA certified organic and all-natural products, including 90 second rice, grains, pasta, sauces and prepared meals.
We create tasty recipes for a wide range of dishes, and package them so that they will stay fresh for a long time – in a microwavable pouch or enclosed cup – without refrigeration.
In addition to our own branded products under the Ritika's Global Grains label, we provide private label (store brands) to over 7,000 stores in the U.S.
Ritika's Global Grains is committed to providing affordable, convenient and healthy food options that taste good. Toward that goal we also support charitable organizations that are fighting hunger and food insecurity. By the end of 2025, we will have donated over four million hot meals to hungry children.
